RETURN POLICY (read the full policy)

Items may be returned for full refund or full value exchange with original sales receipt within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Open products are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee and inspection. Open box notebooks, software, OEM processors, AS IS product, motherboards, special orders, labor, and any item with the manufacturer's barcode removed from the box may not be returned.

Returns may only be processed with complete customer information. Items returned without a receipt must be in manufacturer sealed packaging and be identified as a product sold by PHD Computer. Return amount will be determined by the lowest sale price in our system. Refund will be issued for store credit to be used at time of return regardless of original payment method.

Open box product will not be accepted without a receipt. Please note that "AS IS" product may not function, may not be complete, nor does it carry a warranty of any kind. Components damaged by self installation may not be returned or exchanged. Support for self installed components by our technicians is subject to normal hourly rates.
